We take the privacy of children and their families very seriously. 🔔 2. Push Notifications

The app may request permission to send push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). These notifications are used solely to:

• Send fun learning reminders ("Time to practice your ABCs!")
• Announce new features or content updates

💾 3. Local Data Storage

All game progress, scores, and preferences are saved locally on your device using Android's SharedPreferences storage. This data:

• Is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
• Is automatically deleted if you uninstall the app.
• Can be cleared at any time via Settings → Apps → Fun Learning Kids → Clear Data.

👶 4. Children's Privacy COPPA GDPR-K

Fun Learning Kids is designed for children and we take their protection extremely seriously.

• We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) (USA) and applicable children's data protection regulations worldwide.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from any child.
• There are no accounts, sign-ups, or profiles of any kind in this app.
• There is no social interaction, user-generated content, or communication features.
• There are no in-app purchases directed at children.
• There are no behavioural advertisements targeting children.

The app integrates with the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy governing their data handling:

• Local device data is protected by your device's own security features (screen lock, device encryption).
• We do not maintain user databases or backend servers that store personal data, eliminating the risk of a data breach affecting your information.

🌍 7. International Users

Fun Learning Kids is available globally. If you are accessing the app from outside the United States, please be aware that any FCM/Crashlytics data is processed on Google's infrastructure, which may operate across multiple countries. By using the app you consent to this processing in accordance with Google's privacy terms.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) — the minimal data described in this policy is processed on the lawful basis of legitimate interests (crash reporting for app stability) and consent (push notifications, which are always opt-in).

• Right to Erasure — request deletion of any data associated with you.
